Superlative Solutions, as part of its standard hosting plans, provides the SmarterStats software.

In order the access the reports, you must (of course) have hosting services provided by us, and your account must be up-to-date. The SmarterStats system is available by one of the following URLs:

• stats.yourdomain.com (where "yourdomain.com" is your actual domain)
• stats01.ssiwt.net

When you access the system, you will be required to enter the following three pieces of information:

• Your Site ID
• Your Username
• Your Password

Your Site ID is normally going to be your domain name, without the www prefix (e.g.: yourdomain.com rather than www.yourdomain.com).

Your User ID, by default, will be "siteadmin," however, you may have created additional accounts and, if so, should use that username.

Your password will be the same as your Control Panel password was, when SmarterStats was initialized.
