Many of our clients may have noticed a significant increase in SPAM over this period (March 15th through 16, 2008).
This was caused by a configuration error in our license of the Declude Security Suite license, which is used to filter SPAM and virus in our email system.
Due to the configuration error, and the fact that it was a weekend, SPAM was not being filtered during this period. Our sincere apology for this.
The problem was resolved at approximately 10:00pm (MDT) on March 16, 2008, and all system were returned to normal operation.
